Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pura Cashmere pieces, but if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address automatically.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn cashmere items back into their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
